SM go run the Tokyo team as a separate group from NCT.

SM has repeatedly recruited and withdrawn members from NCT 127, NCT DREAM, and WAYV, as well as the Tokyo team scheduled to debut, in a unilateral and arbitrary way by the company without considering the sentiment of NCTzen. 2. Implement the SM 3.0 promise of ending infinite expansion with a fixed number of NCT members of 20.

SM has been unilaterally notifying the company of its decision, packaging the repeated recruitment and withdrawal of NCT members as new "changes". NCTzen and the members always had to handle the confusion and pain that followed. In this irresponsible attitude, SM is creating greater confusion and demanding greater sacrifice from NCTzen and its members by launching the NCT Tokyo team through its own survival show. We can no longer tolerate the company's irresponsible recruitment and withdrawal of members, so we request that SM 3.0's pledge to end the infinite expansion and that NCT be fixed at 20 members.

3. Ensure the active support of the existing members of NCT and each NCT unit.

SM tried to calm NCTzen's dissatisfaction and silence their opinions by announcing a false NCT activity plan that they couldn't even keep up with.
