Karina's biggest difference were her eyebrows, she became so much more innocent after changing them

Karina's eyelids line didn't even go that much higher, and her eyes aren't even that big, her face doesn't really suit those big fancy eyes either, so her biggest difference was actually changing the eyebrows. Rather than having raised eyebrows, they went with straight eyebrows, and it suits her way better
