The market price is between 800 million and 820 million for houses. (~630K USD)

It's a s*icide house. The landlord wants to sell it cheap.

If they can find someone who will live for 500 million, they'd sell it. (380K USD)

What do you think?

The opinion of my wife is the absolute opposite.

(We don't have money, we shouldn't invest in stuff like that, we need to go live in such a place, we have 2 kids... She's worried)

2. Does she think a ghost will appear...? Do people who commit s*icide really stay in their house as a ghost.. Wouldn't that be kinda uncomfortable for them? You can also just buy it and sell it later ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

3. Of course if your wife was okay, I'd buy it right away but seeing how she's against, it's pretty hopeless
