When hardship or stress come in, I solve everything through bingeing. It's because I don't know how to cope with it so I just order everything I want to eat and eat endlessly.
The next day, I get a reality check looking at myself so bloated.
It's deginitely not a healthy resort but I wonder if there's another way to release stress?
How does everyone do it?

For me, I would just walk aimlessly. I would listen to music, buy a cup of coffee and walk in the streets. Then my thoughts will calm down and I would clear up my mind and even find solutions. If I walk for a few hours, my spine starts to release happy hormones and I feel much more refreshed. My body will then feel tired and I would fall into a deep sleep. If I sleep a lot, my stress just disappears

This is really a bad habit.. In the end, you're just gonna gain weight and might even become obese which will make you even more stressed and you're gonna be stuck in an endless yo-yo effect. It's better to work out or go outside, watch a movie or meet friends. Please try other activities and find something you like

As long as you don't eat too much, it should be ok. I also starts eating every time I'm stressed

That's fine if you're stressed for 1-2 days but if it gets longer it will be an issue... for real, when I'm having a really hard time, I don't even want to talk. I don't even wanna meet anyone. I just want to eat anything I want and be a mess. The next day, I would eat vegetables and fruits and nurungji to clean my body. Then, I would get back to normal. As long as you don't ruin yourself, you'll be ok~~

Me too.... I seriously feel severely bad in my stomach the next day.... Nowadays, I would binge on clean foodsã… I would buy Chinese cabbage and would eat the whole thing by dipping it in gochujang... I don't even feel hungry. I just shove everything in..
