[instiz] I FEEL LIKE MY FRIEND DID PLASTIC SURGERY BUT IT'S AMBIGUOUS

I feel like compared to her previous face in pictures, she looks like she did surgery somewhere on her face

She kinda looks ambiguously different? I don't know ㅠㅠ 

I want to release her picture but I feel like I'd get sued so I'm not gonna do it 

I told my other friends to look at her picture and none of them can tell for sure

How can I prove her that she had surgery... No but anyone knows??
