SM especially attached a separate question and answer (Q&A) document to persuade shareholders.
In response to the question, 'Isn't it good if SM is acquired by Hybe, which is larger and belongs to the same industry?" They answered "Good trainees, good songs, good choreographers, and concert planning are all owned by Big Hit (BTS agency), Ador (New Jeans agency), and Source Music (Le Sserafim agency), and Pledis (Seventeen's agency)which all have a higher stake than SM with Hybe. They have no choice but to assign them to an affiliated label first."
"Kakao's paid-in capital increase and issuance of convertible bonds are for strategic collaboration with us," SM said. “Since the issuance volume is only 9% of the total, there is no management right, and as our business areas hardly overlap, we can expect sufficient synergies to help our shareholder value.”

1. What kind of dog sh*t is this?
2. Seriously I bet everyone from Hybe's side is just laughing
3. Crazy ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Aren't they being way too single-minded here? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ They can just keep music promotions to each their own and it solves the problemㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
4. This shows how SM was running SM until now;; I can understand why SM was asking to be bought now
5. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
6. I wonder how good Kakao can produce songs now ㅠㅠ
7. There's a reason why SM is flopping
8. As an SM fan, I'm so embarrassed by SM... ㅠ
9. F*ck why are they doing this... In the end, because of their pride, they ruined themselves and now are resolving to using emotional appeal to win, this is just low and it shows they failed...
10. Wow so they're claiming they don't have any producers?
