[instiz] WHY WOULD PEOPLE WHO WANT TO BECOME IDOLS GO TO SMALL COMPANIES?

If you're going to join an entertainment company, wouldn't you want to put all the chances on you rside? Small agencies are ambiguous and you won't even be able to earn that much money, and you run more chances of disbanding right? If you're going to become an idol anyways, I feel like you should be challening yourself with big agencies instead.. Is it because they're unable to enter these companies? Or is it because they're so desperate that they end up anywhere?

1. Do you think anyone can join a big agencies? My bias is an SM idol and they said that the chance of getting in was 1:8000
