People are generally average looking or ambiguously pretty so I'm asking 

To me, parents and close friends don't really sound like they mean it when they say it right?

3. Aren't strangers the best?

4. People you've met for the first time?

5. You hear it from your friend's friend? Or from very young kids?

6. When you're between female friends and someone says it...

7. Babies, they honestly can't lie 

8. Women whom you aren't close with 

9. When I hear someone said it when I'm not there 

10. Honestly, rather than the same gender, it's the opposite gender. When you're just within your same gender, it feels more like you're trying to praise each other
