People grow up while finding their personal style, would have better makeup and hair and touch things here and there and that's how people develip. Anyways, the most important thing for plastic surgery is your original head size + emplacement of your facial features + overall proportions + facial bone structure, etc, etc. You need to have good pre-requirements.
