She's a Japanese idol from the 80s called Matsuda Seiko. To celebrate her 40 years as an idol, they gave her the same hairstyle that she had during her idol days, and she looks exactly the same as when she was youngerㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

She was born in 1962 so in Korean age, she's currently 61 y'o
