I do think that this is what the "group identity" means. It's when someone enters in the company and that the company goes "Yah, we need to revamp the debut team" or "Let's center the debut around XX". Everyone in the post seems right but I think that for Bangtan, it's RM and for EXO, it's Kai

Bangtan's identity is the 7 of them. Bangtan only happened because of the 7 of them. If one is left out, it's not Bangtan

Then what does that make the other groups?

Oh... this isn't even about context... obviously, every group's member is important

Twice Nayeon/ Blackpink Jennie/ Red Velvet Irene/ IVE Jang Wonyoung/ Bangtan everyone/ NXT Taeyong/ EXO Kai/ Aespa Karina/ ITZY Yeji

Agree, but I also think that Kai is the identity of EXO. Baekhyun is the most popular though

Isn't it V for Bangtan?
6. [+63, -31]
Bangtan's identity is RM. They made the team with RM as the center. But when people mention "Bangtan", the members that pop up to one's mind are Jungkook and V
7. [+60, -40]
I don't think of RM when I think of Bangtan but Jungkook
