1. It's because everyone don't really have a lot of cheekbones no? If you have an hexagonal face, you look so so with bangs down

2. To me, even if you're not handsome, you're way handsomer showing your forehead.. Your forehead look stuffy regardless of your visuals if you hide it. You rather have to look handsome if you want to cover your entire forehead
