If you keep your promotions consistent, not a lot of fans will leave the fandom. Even if you're not in your prime days anymore, as long as you can produce good digital and other scores, you can still promote as a group after 10 years... 

So is it thanks to the company? Relationship? Skills? Luck?

2. Relationship & the ability to consistently release group songs & the members' skills 

3. For real, the loyalty 

4. The members' relationship, a steady fame....And the leader. It's hard to maintain a group once the fame fades away 

5. The members' relationship 

6. Seriously it's important for the members to have the passion and intention to keep going forward together

7. An even popularity...? If only one or two are popular, it's hard to go for the long run 

8. Relationship and a strong will .... If you have those 2, even after leaving the company, you can still go forward together
