They will be the first group in Korean idol history to release an album in which all members participated every year for 10 years without any member change (10 years from 2013 to 2022)

In the case of the 1st and 2nd generations idols, it is already rare that they have been active for more than 10 years, and even if they did, there was no case of releasing an album every year in which all members participated for 10 years.

From the 3rd generation onwards, there are many groups with member changes, and even if there is no change, no group has released an album every year due to individual activities, so BTS is the first case in the history of Korean idols.

For reference, I searched and saw that 2 more male idol groups had no change in members for 10 years without the 'military' problem, but one group didn't release an album every year, and one group couldn't "full-member participate" in all albums. 

Ten-year retention cases are rare, and among them, cases with no change in members are even rarer these days, so they're a special case even without military involvement.

1. Of course they're amazing. Imagine working on the same thing with the same colleagues for 10 years. I don't think anyone in real society can live like that ㅋㅋㅋ

2. Honestly, this is only possible because the army has granted them extension for military service, if they were never granted this, they would've never been able to achieve this record... I don't think pushing back army service is something to boast about 

3. Even when it comes to hating on idols, it's hard to reach above 1000 comments. BTS sure are super starsㅋㅋㅋㅋ

4. The idols in the 1st and 2nd generation who are 31 y'o all went to the army so are the readers here shouldn't boast about the fact that BTS was granted an extension while other people's bias had to serve the army 

5. I wonder if other idols are even able to push to 8 years let alone 10 years. But it's true that if Jin didn't receive his extension, this would've never been possible... I feel like fans of other groups who didn't have the same treatment will feel sad about this title..
